Senior ELV Division Manager
Job Summary
The Senior ELV Division Manager is responsible to provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and operational management for the division's planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Extra-Low Voltage systems within construction projects. The role manages the implementation of relevant technologies including security, communications, audio-visual, and automation solutions needed by the business.
Job Responsibilities 1
Lead the provision of strategic direction for the ELV division, aligning with overall Company goals and objectives.
Develop and execute divisional business plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ELV projects, ensuring they meet technical standards, client expectations, and project timelines.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure the division maintains a high level of technical expertise in ELV systems, including security, communications, audio-visual, and automation solutions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to ELV systems and construction projects.
Implement and lead all quality control measures to ensure that ELV solutions meet specified standards, codes, and client requirements.
Identify opportunities for divisional growth, expansion into new markets, and introduction of innovative solutions.
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies

Job Knowledge & Skills
Proven experience in a leadership role within the ELV or technology integration sector, preferably within the
construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of Extra-Low Voltage systems, including security, communications, audio-visual, and
automation.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
