Job Summary

The Senior Entertainment Operations Manager manages the organization's strategic vision and mission into operational objectives whilst implementing and managing the overall long-term business success strategy. This role leads to evaluating operational effectiveness and establishes systems and procedures for maintaining high standards of operations to ensure that the brands are performing at their optimal level at all times. The key success of the role lies in brand positioning as well as exceptional customer service delivery.

Job Responsibilities 1

Develop and implement operational excellence programs, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, service delivery, and employee engagement.

Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align operational plans with business growth and corporate initiatives.

Drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability through innovative promotions, optimized resource utilization, and strong financial management.

Establish, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs, core processes, and performance standards to ensure operational effectiveness and service quality.

Oversee customer journey mapping and client engagement strategies to strengthen retention, satisfaction, and overall customer experience.

Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and compliance.

Benchmark industry best practices and introduce innovative solutions to enhance competitiveness in the entertainment/lifestyle sector.

Manage merchandise selection, retail pricing, and inventory levels in coordination with Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure profitability and market alignment.

Provide strong leadership, talent development, and performance management for operational teams to build organizational capability.

Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment for employees and guests, strengthening organizational processes and sustaining internal capacity.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Strong business acumen with extensive operations management experience in entertainment or lifestyle industries.

Proven expertise in client engagement, service delivery, and operational excellence.

In-depth knowledge of cross-functional business areas including supply chain, finance, customer service, and HR.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in KPIs, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, with the ability to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
