Senior Fleet Supervisor
Job Summary
The Senior Fleet Supervisor leads field and workshop fleet maintenance operations for plant, machinery, and vehicles to ensure high availability, reduced downtime, and optimized lifecycle performance. The role oversees preventive maintenance execution, breakdown response, operational efficiency, and safety compliance while supporting cost control and productivity across assigned regions.
Job Responsibilities 1
Strategic Leadership & Growth
• Fleet Strategy: Implement fleet maintenance strategies to support operational expansion and productivity targets.
• Operational Planning: Align maintenance planning with project growth and equipment deployment requirements.
Stakeholder, Government & Board Relations
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers and operations teams on equipment availability.
• External Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities when required.
Financial Performance & Capital Management
• Cost Optimization: Monitor maintenance costs and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Budget Control: Support maintenance budgeting and reduce repair expenditure through preventive practices.
Business Development & Market Expansion
• Equipment Readiness: Ensure fleet readiness to support new project mobilizations.
• Vendor Support: Assist in evaluation of suppliers and service partners for operational expansion.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety policies during maintenance operations.
• Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency
• Maintenance Execution: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Downtime Reduction: Improve fleet reliability and minimize breakdown incidents.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
• System Utilization: Support ERP and maintenance tracking systems usage.
• Data Monitoring: Analyze maintenance data for performance improvement.

Job Experience
• Fleet Maintenance Leadership: Minimum 12 years in heavy equipment or PMV maintenance operations.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 8 years managing technicians and maintenance teams.
• Construction Sector Exposure: Experience supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
