Senior Forensic Planning Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Forensic Planning Manager is essential in investigating, analyzing, and providing expert opinions on construction-related disputes, claims, and legal cases. The role functions closely with construction professionals, legal teams and other stakeholders to support their efforts in resolving complex construction issues. This role requires a strong background in construction planning, forensic analysis, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities 1
Conduct comprehensive analysis of construction projects, documents, schedules, and evidence related to legal cases and claims.
Identify critical issues, delays, disruptions, and deviations from the original plan.
Develop forensic analysis plans for all ongoing projects and strategies in collaboration with legal teams and construction
professionals. Provide expert opinions on construction planning, scheduling, and project management.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing forensic findings, methodologies used, and conclusions reached. Produce clear, concise, and
well-structured documentation suitable for use in legal proceedings.
Prepare for and serve as an expert witness in court proceedings, depositions, and hearings. Present complex construction forensic
findings in an understandable manner.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of forensic experts, attorneys, and clients to ensure a comprehensive approach to
construction-related cases.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging construction technologies, and best practices in forensic analysis. Apply new
knowledge to improve construction forensic methodologies.
Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all construction forensic work. Ensure that analysis methods and findings
adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Proven experience in construction planning, project management, forensic analysis in Big construction Fields.
Has gone through a major Claims, EOTs , Claims Disputes in construction field.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex construction-related problems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical construction concepts to non-technical
audiences.
Knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and industry standards related to forensic analysis.
Proficiency in construction planning software, project management tools, and forensic analysis tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed for on-site investigations and court appearance
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
