Job Summary

The Senior HR Data Analyst will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves leading the aggregation, validation, and maintenance of HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity. The analyst will conduct advanced data analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic HR initiatives and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities 1

Lead comprehensive research, analysis, and presentation of complex HR data to support strategic decision-making.

Design, collect, and structure advanced HR datasets to identify patterns, trends, and predictive insights that drive workforce planning and optimization.

Prepare detailed analytical reports, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy and integrity of HR reporting.

Spearhead key HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating across teams to enhance data-driven HR processes.

Oversee the rollout and implementation of HR programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and data requirements.

Develop and monitor advanced HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate workforce efficiency, productivity, and program impact.

Maintain stringent data quality standards while ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports covering payroll, recruitment, retention, turnover, compensation, and benefits analytics.

Create and manage standardized and ad hoc reporting tools, templates, scorecards, and performance metrics for various HR functions.

Conduct benchmarking analyses and salary mapping to support competitive compensation strategies for current and prospective positions.

Lead forecasting efforts related to workforce costs and contribute to the development of accurate HR budgets.

Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and protection protocols in all HR data management practices.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Strong business acumen with deep knowledge of HR best practices and key HR processes, enabling strategic alignment of data insights with organizational goals.

Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including MS Excel and BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and similar software, coupled with experience working with diverse data sources.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and succeed in fast-paced environments with competing demands.

Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Functional expertise in ERP systems, preferably SAP, to support seamless integration and management of HR data across platforms.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
