Job Summary
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining human resource information management systems in the organization and perform a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. This role will handle problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interpret guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices..
Job Responsibilities 1
Works with HR Operations and HRIS to identify ways to reduce errors in data entry and assist in implementing improved processes/systems.
Partners with other HR system stakeholders to streamline process and offer technical solutions to increase data integrity and process efficiency.
Collects and translates business requirements, performs gap analysis, designs communication and training, prepares and executes testing system testing to ensure alignment of business requirements.
Provides input for designing and maintaining system configurations and specifications, and collaborates with corporate functional and technical teams to review, research and recommend updates and fixes for HR systems.
Recommends and establishes efficient processes and procedures internally to ensure proper handling of HR transactions, and documents within the departments established guidelines
Ensures accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis
Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed
Conducts troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users
Provides content expertise for new system implementations and upgrades. Acts as primary contact with outside organizations or functions to respond to technical questions on HR data.
Provides day to day systems support including troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions and implementing enhancements and fixes in systems per change control guidelines
Manages the data integrity, system testing, report writing, and process improvement opportunities
Provides feedback on ways to improve the utilization of the HRIS System to improve the efficiency of data flow
Develops and maintains standardized work processes, user guides and other documentation
Maintains proper configuration in HR systems, including business rules and workflow
Maintains organization standards by adhering to Company policies and conferring with IT specialists with high level of integrity.
Maintain HR systems security for both internal HR and departmental users.
Track and update security log, question security requests for appropriateness

Job Knowledge & Skills
Extensive experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central , LMS, RCM , Onboarding 1.0 , Offboarding 1.0, Succession Planning and Career Development.
Must have advanced Excel and statistical analysis skills.
Working knowledge of system implementations and data migration projects is desirable.
Working knowledge of system integrations (APIs) is required.
Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is desirable.
Experience within a HR environment is desirable.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
