Job Summary
The Senior IT Business Partner serves as the strategic interface with assigned business unit or functional area for solution discovery, service management, and relationship management. Serves as the business relationship link between Business Units and IT.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement strategic plans for IT programs, aligning with organizational objectives and priorities.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear alignment with business goals and requirements.
Establish and maintain program governance structures, processes, and standards to ensure effective program management.
Lead and oversee cross-functional project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support throughout the program lifecycle.
Monitor program progress, risks, and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and address issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure stakeholder alignment, engagement, and satisfaction.
Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling constraints.
Communicate program status, progress, and performance to stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
Facilitate program reviews and post-implementation evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, methodologies, and practices to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of implementation of ERP and conjoined vertical specialized systems
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
Knowledge of industry best practices
Knowledge of finance and accounting laws and regulations, where applicable.
Knowledge of Construction, projects, FMCG industries related processes, as per assigned business unit
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 10 year(s) working experience, 8 year(s) in a relevant supervisory position, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
