Senior Investors Relations Specialist

Job Summary

To support releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management.

Job Responsibilities 1

Provide investors with an accurate account of company affairs

Coordinating shareholder meetings and press conferences, releasing financial data, leading financial analyst briefings, publishing reports to the concerned authorities

Maintain the Companies website (Investor Relations Sector) with updated substantial information

Updating QSE & QCSD’s portals with disclosures and substantial information

Organize the Investors’ press/call conferences

Coordinate with concerned departments for publishing fundamental news/financial statements and information in local newspapers & or social media

Publish the quarterly shareholder’s report

Help with preparation of the annual report

Preparing correspondence and other documents requested for Regularity Authorities

Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and ExcelExcellent organizational skillsMust be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentPressure handling and meeting tight deadlines

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 10 years of total experience

Minimum 5 years of industry experience

Minimum 5 years in GCC
