Job Summary

    The Senior Leasing Administrator in property management is to oversee and manage the administrative aspects of the leasing process. They are responsible for coordinating leasing activities, maintaining leasing documentation, and supporting leasing agents in their efforts to secure tenants. Additionally, Senior Leasing Administrators liaise with prospective tenants, respond to inquiries, and schedule property tours. They also assist in preparing lease agreements, collecting and processing rental applications, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities 1

    Coordinate and oversee all administrative aspects of the leasing process, including maintaining leasing databases, records, and documentation.

    Assist leasing agents in scheduling property tours, responding to inquiries, and providing information to prospective tenants.

    Prepare lease agreements, rental applications, and other leasing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with leasing policies and regulations.

    Collect and review rental applications, verify applicant information, and process background checks and credit screenings.

    Communicate lease terms, rental rates, and leasing policies to prospective tenants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

    Maintain communication with tenants throughout the leasing process, providing updates on application status, lease approvals, and move-in procedures.

    Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections, coordinating key exchanges, and facilitating lease signings.

    Assist in resolving leasing-related issues and disputes, working closely with leasing agents, property managers, and tenants to find mutually beneficial solutions.

    Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, leasing regulations, and Company policies in all leasing activities.

    Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including organizing leasing files, managing office supplies, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in property management software and leasing databases to effectively maintain leasing records and documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with prospective tenants, leasing agents, and property managers.

Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing lease agreements, rental applications, and other leasing documents.

Knowledge of fair housing laws, leasing regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure leasing activities adhere to legal standards.

Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced leasing environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
