Job Summary

    The Senior Leasing Executive in property management is to oversee and lead the leasing activities within a real estate portfolio, with a focus on securing tenants for commercial or residential properties. They are responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates, rental income, and property value. Additionally, Senior Leasing Executives collaborate with property owners, investors, and stakeholders to understand leasing objectives and market conditions, ensuring alignment with overall property goals. They also manage leasing teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve leasing targets and objectives.

Job Responsibilities 1

    Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and secure tenants for commercial or residential properties within the real estate portfolio.

    Oversee leasing activities, including prospecting, negotiating lease agreements, and coordinating move-ins, to ensure timely and successful leasing transactions.

    Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand drivers to identify leasing opportunities and inform leasing strategies.

    Maintain relationships with existing tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease renewals to promote tenant retention.

    Collaborate with property owners, investors, and stakeholders to understand leasing objectives, budget constraints, and property specifications.

    Lead and mentor leasing teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve leasing targets and objectives.

    Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to showcase available properties and attract prospective tenants.

    Conduct property tours and inspections for prospective tenants, highlighting key features, amenities, and leasing terms.

    Negotiate lease agreements, rental rates, and lease terms with prospective tenants, ensuring compliance with leasing policies and regulations.

    Monitor leasing performance, track leasing activity, and provide regular reports and updates to property owners and management stakeholders.

Job Knowledge & Skills

In-depth understanding of leasing principles and practices, including lease negotiations, tenant relations, and market analysis.

Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate markets, including trends, demographics, and competition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, leasing teams, and stakeholders.

Negotiation skills to secure favorable lease agreements, rental rates, and terms while balancing the interests of both landlords and tenants.

Leadership and team management abilities to lead leasing teams, provide guidance, and achieve leasing targets and objectives.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
