Job Summary
The Senior Leasing Manager is responsible for the commercialization, running and managing several medium to large prestigious leasing properties. Oversees the leasing team and all aspects of the Leasing and Occupancy initiatives within the Portfolio and beyond, and ensure adequate marketing materials, leasing tools, and resources are planned and provided for. Responsible for ensuring that occupancy goals are met and reporting requirements are maintained.
Job Responsibilities 1
Manage the process of commercialization of leasing properties
Search for new opportunities for the development of the Company
Development of a marketing strategy and commercialization, preparation of annual budgets, estimation of profitability, preparation of plans for tenants
Identification and acquisition of new potential national and international tenants
Individual offer preparation as well as management of contract negotiations up to the successful conclusion of the rental agreement
Establish and expansion of a resilient network of retailers, investors, developers, and other real estate partners
Collaborate with the Director of Property Management to implement policies/procedures and set monthly/quarterly targets for the leasing department
Establish metrics and report results of the leasing efforts
Assess current leasing practices and build and enhance current marketing plans
Create action plans to continuously improve occupancy, tenant satisfaction ratings, and other core processes in our residential property management activities

Gather information to produce weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual Leasing and Occupancy reports and summaries
Coordinate open houses and social media events that enhance leasing and marketing efforts
Maintain marketing database
Conduct outreach, identify and develop new referral sources, and attend networking meetings that would produce referrals
Interact and build relationships with brokerage community and effectively articulate features, attributes, benefits, and availability at the various properties
Develop and provide training for leasing team, evaluate employee performance, and complete performance reviews in an efficient and constructive manner

Job Knowledge & Skills
Comprehensive understanding of the local, regional, and national real estate market trends, including supply and demand dynamics, vacancy rates, rental rates, and emerging opportunities.
Familiarity with leasing laws, regulations, and best practices governing commercial and residential leasing agreements, including fair housing laws, tenant rights, and landlord-tenant regulations.
In-depth knowledge of the Company's property portfolio, including property specifications, amenities, leasing history, and competitive advantages.
Proficiency in financial analysis and interpretation to evaluate lease terms, assess investment potential, and maximize revenue generation while mitigating risk.
Strong negotiation skills to effectively negotiate lease terms, rental rates, concessions, and other contractual terms with prospective tenants, brokers, and landlords.
Expertise in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to attract and retain tenants, enhance property visibility, and differentiate the Company's properties in the marketplace.
Ability to cultivate positive relationships with tenants, address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly, and foster tenant satisfaction and retention.
Familiarity with leasing management software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other technological tools to streamline leasing processes, track leads, and analyze performance metrics.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
