Job Summary
The Senior MEP Technical and Engineering Manager responsible for all engineering/technical aspects of the Company's operations, inclusive of value engineering opportunities, construction and overall methodology, method statements, engineering design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals and follow up approval. This position also manages the preparation/verification of detailed constructional drawings, negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals to achieve and monitor the optimum effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement MEP strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring long-term contributions to business objectives.
Oversee planning, execution, and completion of MEP projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
Drive innovative and cost-efficient engineering solutions across MEP functions, optimizing performance without compromising quality.
Serve as the MEP technical expert, providing guidance on complex engineering challenges from design to commissioning.
Ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while fostering cross-disciplinary teamwork.
Optimize resource allocation and implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that align with business and engineering objectives.
Evaluate and enhance engineering processes, adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage MEP project budgets, monitor expenditures, and recommend cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth.

Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
