Job Summary

The Senior Maintenance Supervisor works under the general guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Engineer, this position is responsible to oversees and coordinates to workers in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other outlet requirements to ensure continuity of operations are performed in a safely manner. This role also ensures to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.

Job Responsibilities 1

Manages break downs and maintenance to meet the internal customer requirement ensuring.

Adherence to the defined safety and Quality standards.

Coordinates the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure. equipment's perform as required.

Reviews of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.

Executes the planning and execution of the planned maintenance of all outlets equipment to ensure zero downtime of operation.

Conducts duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures as specified in the manufacturer's recommendations and/or Quality System.

Inspects regularly machinery with respect to safety issues inclusive but not restricted to ground and trip hazards, non-functioning lights, broken pieces along with exposed wiring.

Job Responsibilities 2

Implements defined and laid down Safety systems and safe practices of work continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.

Identifies, plans and implements requisite training to ensure continued development of all team members ensuring that an adequately maintained skills inventory is in place.

Ensure to keep cleanliness at shop and storage areas as well as well-stocked, organized following company color coded program.

Ensures to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.

Ensures compliance to organization’s safety and security standards, procedures and policies.

Executes the planning and execution of the planned maintenance of all outlets equipment to ensure zero downtime of operation.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of standard practices and tools used in facility maintenance.Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to the building trades.In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.Knowledge of applicable safety requirements.Knowledge in dairy principles and processes. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies and procedures.Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures for reporting purposes.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
