Job Summary

To ensure the timely, accurate and impactful delivery of the brand marketing message to its intended audience. 

Responsible for all forms of paid media advertisement and for the management of media partner relations, building and maintaining marketing communication capabilities and managing digital assets.

Job Responsibilities 1

Maximising the performance of a team of online and offline media buyers

Maintaining relations with media agencies and external partners

Enhancing the overall marketing capabilities of the team

Working closely with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure the impactful delivery of the marketing message

Owning the management of all digital assets

Keep abreast of all industry news, trends and development

Work with team on creating omnichannel marcomms plans that reach the customer across multiple touchpoints

Job Knowledge & Skills

Working knowledge of media planning across multiple channels.

Strong analytical and numerical skills and ideally in-depth knowledge of analytics tools such as GMP and GA

Effective communicator who will be able to take complex solutions and distil them into simple to understand, business related scenarios.

Thorough understanding of the technical setup required to efficiently monitor and report on campaigns  

Working knowledge of bid management systems

Expert skills on delivering results for multiple stakeholders

Wide knowledge of marketing channels, both online and offline and how they integrate from a strategic point of view.

Proven skills in improving media buying performance and growing revenue

Commercially savvy and experience managing activity against sales/revenue targets

Team player with a collaborative approach and confidence to challenge ways of working when appropriate

Innovative and passionate about marketing in general and media buying in particular

Demonstrable experience in innovating within the space of media buying.

Agency and partner management experience

Job Experience

10 years total experience

5 years media buying experience from operational roles – agency or client side

2 in GCC
