Job Summary

    The Senior Marketing Manager leads and oversee the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. They are responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies. Additionally, Senior Marketing Managers analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges and inform marketing strategies. They play a key role in building brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement through effective marketing tactics across various channels.

Job Responsibilities 1

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

    Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive performance and achieve results.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

    Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.

    Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.

    Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize return on investment.

    Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

    Serve as a key liaison between the marketing department and senior leadership, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations on marketing activities and outcomes.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.

Strong leadership and management abilities to effectively lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and drive performance.

Analytical skills to interpret marketing data, metrics, and trends to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and represent the organization externally.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies, overcome challenges, and achieve business objectives.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
