Senior Marketing Strategy Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven insights, and cross-functional leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. You will lead market assessments, define go-to-market strategies, and work closely with product, sales, digital, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution and measurable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that support business growth and brand positioning.
Partner with executive leadership to align marketing objectives with overall corporate goals.
Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
Translate insights into actionable strategies for segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
Oversee the design and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, brand, content, events, partnerships).
Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure strategic alignment and ROI.
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure marketing strategies support business development and product growth.
Drive alignment between brand messaging, product positioning, and customer experience.
Champion continuous improvement and the adoption of new marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
