Senior Marketing and Communications Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Marketing and Communications Manager supports the overall strategic direction and execution of marketing and communications initiatives across the organization. The role is responsible for leading integrated marketing campaigns, brand development, public relations, and digital communications to enhance the organization’s visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This position ensures alignment of messaging across all channels and works closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver impactful and consistent communication strategies.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans aligned with corporate objectives and brand positioning.
Oversee brand management initiatives, ensuring consistency of tone, visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Manage digital marketing strategies, including website content, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Lead public relations and media engagement efforts, including press releases, media briefings, and crisis communications.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, sponsorships, and exhibitions to support business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support communication needs for projects, new initiatives, and internal campaigns.
Supervise the development of creative materials—brochures, presentations, videos, and digital content—in coordination with design and production teams.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities using performance metrics and reporting dashboards.
Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of quality outputs within budget.
Support the Marketing & Communications Director in preparing annual marketing budgets, forecasts, and strategic communication reports.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, corporate communications, and brand management.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities, with attention to detail and quality.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role (this point to be available for all Staff roles that have SAP access)
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
