Job Summary
The Senior QHSE Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of developing, improving, and maintaining relevant Quality, HSE, and Food Safety Management systems and other operating standards across the Cluster Business Units. The role establishes and implements the strategic direction, Policies, procedures guidelines, and work priorities (in conjunction with Heads of Business Units) for the continuous improvement of Quality, HSE, and Food Safety management programs and systems. This role oversees the management systems certification against international standards for existing and new certifications according to the Business Unit requirements and evaluates existing practices, processes, and procedures based on standards and identification of existing gaps.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Provide leadership and strategic direction for QHSE initiatives, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship across the organization.
Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to identify potential hazards, risks, and areas for improvement in QHSE performance.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to determine the underlying factors contributing to accidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
Develop and deliver QHSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices, quality standards, and environmental responsibilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QHSE considerations into business processes, projects, and decision-making.
Monitor QHSE performance indicators, track trends, and analyze data to measure progress and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, clients, and external stakeholders on QHSE matters, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
Prepare QHSE reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audiences, communicating key findings, initiatives, and recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance through the implementation of best practices, lessons learned, and feedback mechanisms, aiming to achieve excellence in quality, health, safety, and environmental management.

Comprehensive understanding of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems and standards.
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities to develop and implement effective QHSE programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, assess data, and implement corrective actions.
Regulatory compliance expertise to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
