Senior Retail Sales Assistant

Job Summary

The Senior Retail Sales Assistant is responsible to promote products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits. The role ensures that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service. 

Job Responsibilities 1

Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service.  

To complete sales transactions on the POS and manage cash.

Build strong relation with the customers and offering new products and promotional items.

Complete each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.  

Greet each customer that comes into the store in a warm manner.  

Identify customer requirements. 

Job Responsibilities 2

Prepare merchandise for display. 

Assist customers with purchase decisions.  

Assist in physical inventory counts.  

Implement all visual merchandising standards.  

Set up merchandise on the sales floor. 

Make sure that customers receive receipts on all purchases.  

Helping customers try on or fit merchandise. 

Watch out for loss prevention through leakage and theft.
