Job Summary

    The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals while also being responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for the organization. They play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing key client relationships. Additionally, Senior Sales Executives often contribute to product or service development by providing valuable insights gained from their interactions with clients and market research.

Job Responsibilities 1

    Prepare, plan and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.

    Create marketing campaigns and working with the Company's external Public Relations Team.

    Create and develops new innovative ways to communicate the Company message to their existing customers.

    Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan.

    Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

    Develop and implement an internal marketing programme.

    Support the Business Development Director in day to day marketing activities.

    Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.

    Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies

    Use research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects,  new products or services, and overall strategy.

    Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities

    Approve all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented

    Weigh in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate sales teams, guiding them towards achieving targets and fostering a culture of success.

Possess strategic planning abilities to develop comprehensive sales strategies, identify key market opportunities, and allocate resources efficiently to maximize revenue generation.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders is vital, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, trust-building capabilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Deep understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and industry trends is essential for Senior Sales Executives to make informed decisions, overcome challenges, and drive business growth.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
