Job Summary

The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing client relationships while promoting the company’s products and services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, supporting business development initiatives, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The position requires a strong ability to analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Job Responsibilities 1

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and business objectives.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking.

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, new opportunities, and potential risks.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to develop customized solutions for clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and reports in line with company systems and processes.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.

Mentor and support junior sales team members by sharing best practices and contributing to overall team

Job Knowledge & Skills

Strong sales and business development expertise with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of customer relationship management, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and translate them into actionable sales strategies.

ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, with functional skills to support sales and reporting processes.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
