Senior Sales and Marketing Director
Job Summary
The Senior Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning. This leadership role oversees both the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment between market needs, business objectives, and customer engagement. The Sales and Marketing Director is a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of customer acquisition, revenue optimization, and brand management.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and market share goals.
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure long-term business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and pipeline metrics to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Lead key contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, events, PR) that align with the company’s brand and business strategy.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing initiatives and product/service positioning.
Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through strategic initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across the department.
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and customer service teams to align go-to-market efforts.
Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis for campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare and present sales and marketing performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, advertising standards, and ethical practices.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 20 years working experience, 15 years in a relevant management/leadership position, 5 years GCC experience is a plus.
