Job Summary

To provide support and service tasks to the outlet achieving the highest possible customer satisfaction and ensuring excellent hospitality to all our guests on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities 1

Ensures that the service to the guest is as per company standards to maximize guest satisfaction and departmental profit.

Interacts positively and professionally with guests, colleagues, and other departments as appropriate and required.

Takes orders from guests, puts items through micros, and follows through service in compliance with restaurant standards, clearing and resetting tables once the guests have finished.

Reports any breakage to immediate superiors.

Job Responsibilities 2

Attends all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within the assigned team.

Ensures familiarity with the company’s internal policies and safety procedures.

Ensures compliance with all safety and sanitation policies when handling Shisha equipment and storage.

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.

Assists guests regarding Shisha menu items in an informative and helpful way.

Ensures compliance with outlet policies, procedures and service standards.

At all times to be aware of and practice good customer relations, assisting the guest in any way which does not adversely affect other customers.

Builds rapport with guest to gain repeat business.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Have full knowledge of Shisha offerings and hot beveragesHave full knowledge of Shisha contents and preparation methodsStrong customer service and troubleshooting skillsProfessional appearance and manners

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 years of total experience.

5 years of industry-related experience. 

A minimum of 2 years in GCC is preferred.
