Job Summary
The Senior Technical and Engineering Manager responsible for all engineering/technical aspects of the Companys operations, inclusive of value engineering opportunities, construction and overall methodology, method statements, engineering design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals and follow up approval. This position also manages the preparation/verification of detailed constructional drawings, negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals to achieve and monitor the optimum effectiveness.

Provide supports implementation of all technical and engineering strategy and strategic operational goals to
exceed customer expectations for product development, quality, cost and delivery, maximizing efficiency,
optimizing and driving engineering excellence.
Manage the Technical and Engineering function and quality of service delivery, striving for best in class
products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations.
Ensure to maintain a safe working environment within Company workplaces, and applying the Company
Health and Safety Policy.
Manages the engineering team on the project site, provide directions, strategy, daily/weekly/monthly tasks and
work plan for the team members.
Maintain good relationship with all project key stakeholders and the engineering team member.
Increase the efficiency of the technical team performance using smart approaches.

Advanced problem-solving capabilities to address technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 10 year(s) working experience, 8 year(s) in a relevant supervisory position, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
