Senior Tenant Relations Director
Job Summary
The Senior Tenant Relations Director is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant satisfaction, retention, and long-term occupancy. This role oversees tenant communication, manages service delivery, coordinates issue resolution, and ensures that tenant needs are met in alignment with company standards and property operational goals.
Job Responsibilities 1
Tenant Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Build rapport and maintain continuous communication with tenants to understand needs and satisfaction levels.
Conduct regular tenant meetings, check-ins, and feedback surveys.
Develop tenant engagement initiatives to strengthen community and improve retention.
Tenant Retention & Satisfaction
Manage and track tenant satisfaction metrics and retention rates.
Identify early warning signs of dissatisfaction and proactively implement solutions.
Recommend improvements to enhance tenant experience and occupancy stability.
Oversee tenant onboarding and orientation for new tenants.
Issue Resolution & Service Coordination
Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and security teams to resolve tenant issues promptly.
Monitor service requests, escalation cases, and work orders to ensure timely completion.
Implement standardized processes for resolving tenant complaints and incidents.
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Lease & Compliance Support
Collaborate with the leasing team to communicate lease terms, obligations, and renewal options.
Support tenants in understanding building rules, regulations, and operational policies.
Ensure tenant actions comply with lease agreements and property standards.
Assist in coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and build-out requirements.
Communication & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, issues, and follow-ups.
Provide regular reports on tenant satisfaction, issue trends, and retention opportunities.
Communicate building updates, events, maintenance schedules, or policy changes to tenants.
Coordinate the distribution of newsletters, notices, and tenant communication materials.
Community Engagement & Events
Plan and execute tenant engagement events, appreciation initiatives, and building activities.
Foster a sense of community to improve the overall tenant experience.
Partner with marketing or events teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
Operational Collaboration
Work closely with property managers, facility managers, leasing teams, and finance departments.
Participate in operational and strategic planning meetings.
Provide tenant insights to support leasing strategies, property improvements, and budget planning.

Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, SAP, etc.) and CRM tools.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience
5 years in a relevant supervisory position
2 years GCC experience is a plus
