Senior Tenant Relations Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Tenant Relations Manager acts as the prime liaison between tenant needs and other departments. The position provides overall control over operations functions from preparation, tenant onboarding, tenant improvement projects and market preparation.
Job Responsibilities 1
Manage and create weekly reports on operations progress.
Keep track of customer-employer relationship quality.
Monthly/quarterly customer satisfaction feedbacks report.
Monthly/quarterly units occupancy report.
Manage assigned service contracts and projects.
Manage information flow between facilities team and tenants.
Collaborate with property manager on collection efforts for tenant receivables.
Ensure all building communications is developed, produced, and distributed.
Ensure all tenant service requests (e.g., service calls and special service requests) are completed and followed up on

Extensive knowledge for the industry market.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
