Job Summary

Contributes to the development of operational policies and procedures concerning the classification of employees, compensation, employee relations and benefit programs.

Job Responsibilities 1

Develop programs regarding payments, remuneration and benefits to ensure that we can have the best wage policy in place that takes the available resources into account;
 
Implement specific projects regarding compensation and benefits in accordance with the set HR-policy to ensure that the organisation's compensation and benefits policy can be realised smoothly;
 
Conduct the day-to-day operational management of the activities within compensation and benefits and, if required, in partnership with external consultants to ensure that an efficient functioning of the compensation and benefits department can be guaranteed;
 
Responding directly to employee queries regarding benefit queries
 
Administring & processing Pay review or promotion requests on SAP SuccessFactors

• Strong Analytical skillsMicrosoft Excel Advanced

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
