Job Summary
The Senior Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the distribution, warehousing and logistics for all customers, products, materials, and inventories in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Manages a quality warehouse team to ensure Company exceeds customer expectations and achieves corporate operational goals.
Job Responsibilities 1
Responsible for all aspects of warehouse and materials management functions for the GMP/non-GMP materials within the warehouse (internal and external).
Manage, lead and coach a team of warehouse employees.
Maintain accurate inventory.
Lead continuous improvement and innovation opportunities within the Warehouse, providing input into broader materials management improvement opportunities.
Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate.
Ensures timely receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, and shipping of materials.
Ensures compliance with ERP and quality systems/processes.
Develop and oversee execution against all SOPs related to receipt, inspection, storage, and delivery of materials to units and organization.
Maintain warehouse space, assuming full responsibility for equipment ordering, installation, and maintenance.
Creates processes and procedures to ensure the success of the operation.
Assists and directs supervisors in carrying out their duties.
Sanity check orders/requisitions to ensure that there are no over orders or double orders.
Work with purchasing to ensure that each material type is being ordered and delivered according to requirements: Direct orders; consignments; corporate agreements and so on.
Have stock protected at all times.
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies

Job Knowledge & Skills
Proficient knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise warehouse staff and coordinate activities effectively.
Excellent organizational abilities to maintain efficient warehouse layouts, optimize storage space, and streamline workflows.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software to track inventory, generate reports, and monitor performance.
Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to meet operational goals and address concerns.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
