Job Responsibilities 1
Principal Accountabilities
- Provide technical expertise and technical strategy for the development of project proposals
- Make decisions on significant design and engineering problems and procedures, including serving in project manager and technical lead roles, and performing quality control reviews of design documents prepared by staff
- Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans
- Help establish new quality standards and value engineering solutions, conduct quality control reviews of completed designs and will be viewed as a technical expert with recognized authority in area of water and wastewater systems
- Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule
- Independently coordinates the work of engineers and the balance of the multi-discipline project team throughout the entire project development
- Directs and coordinates water activities of several disciplines on everything from major projects to projects of moderate scope or a combination of smaller projects
- Work with a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians in the design of water facilities as well as the contractors and construction staff on design/build projects
- Understands and applies conventional and advanced technologies to solve complex water feature challenges for clients throughout the group
- Client development, maintenance, and management, contract preparation and negotiation, coordination with regulatory agencies, project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and the establishment of critical project objectives and performances
- Work with a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians in the design space
- Leads planning and study efforts related to water facilities
- Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule

Job Knowledge & Skills
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
