Job Summary
The Senior Yard Foreman administers and motivates yard personnel to support the successful operation of the business. This position is liable for managing special projects related to the yard as well as administer the organizational safety program and safety training for all employees assigned to the yard.
Job Responsibilities 1
Supervise in and out of materials from the yard.
Perform inventory of materials/equipment in the yard.
Monitor inventory of yard supplies and place purchase orders as necessary.
Administer all work yard operations and ensure compliance to safety policies.
Lead and demonstrate a safety mind set for an accident free work place.
Plan, organize and coordinate the receiving and dispatching of all equipment leaving the yard to sites or the
opposite.
Monitor inventory of yard supplies and place purchase order as necessary.
Coordinate with supervisor and receive all materials and prepare necessary paperwork for same.
Coordinate with the HSE for yard fire protection programs to ensure fire safety.
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on equipment’s' and prepares report to submit to the store
manager.
Ensure that stock-takes are carried out in line with Company procedures.
Ensure that the yard environment is kept neat and clean all the times.
Administer all work yard operations and ensure compliance to safety policies.
Ensure safe operations with a injury free environment is maintained for the employees and contractors that
operate at the yard facility.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of records administration and maintenance techniques and procedures.
Knowledge of inventory control and principles and methods.
Knowledge of applicable safety requirements as well as relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies to promote effective local, state or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property and institutions.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
