Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. This role involves data analysis, inventory management, forecasting, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
Job Responsibilities 1
Prepares transparent standard reports to support business requirements. Delivery of accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, etc. Condenses and analyzes large volumes of data in a concise manner and prepares visualizations accordingly. Manages inventory Item -wise Master Codes in coordination with Business Units. Performs inventory item standardization processes. Analyzes supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Utilizes data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to management. Develops and maintains demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts. Monitors inventory levels, turnover rates, and stockouts to optimize inventory management. |
Job Responsibilities 2
Implements inventory control processes to minimize excess inventory and reduce carrying costs. Evaluates supplier performance and maintains performance reports. Identifies inefficiencies in supply chain processes and recommends solutions for improvement. Prepares regular reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics and KPIs. Provides insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis. Identifies potential risks in the supply chain and develops contingency plans to mitigate them. Monitors market trends and disruptions that could impact the supply chain. Manages vendors and maintains required vendor documentation. |

Job Knowledge & Skills
Ability to work with multiple sources of data. ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong Knowledge of the healthcare industry. Solid technical background with hands-on experience in healthcare planning and financial analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI), ERP systems, and supply chain software. Extensive experience with statistical packages, such as MS Excel, SAS, and SPSS. Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. |
Job Experience
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Experience with statistical modelling and descriptive statistics.
At least 2 years of experience in GCC.
