PMV Coordinator

Job Summary
The PMV Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the efficient operation, utilization, maintenance, and deployment of plant, machinery, and vehicles (PMV) to meet project and operational requirements. The role ensures effective scheduling, workforce coordination, equipment availability, and maintenance monitoring while maintaining accurate operational records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The position works closely with operations, workshop, maintenance, and project teams to optimize PMV performance, minimize downtime, improve deployment efficiency, and ensure compliance with company operational standards, safety procedures, and HSE requirements.
Job Responsibilities 1
Coordinate the scheduling, allocation, and deployment of plant, machinery, and vehicles (PMV) to ensure efficient operations and timely support for project and operational requirements.
Monitor PMV utilization, availability, and workforce allocation to optimize deployment cycle time and maximize operational efficiency.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for PMV and ensure timely servicing to minimize downtime and achieve zero recurring repairs.
Track equipment performance, repair frequency, and operational issues while coordinating with maintenance teams to implement corrective actions and improve reliability.
Maintain accurate records of PMV utilization, maintenance history, workforce deployment, fuel consumption, and operational performance reports.
Coordinate with project teams, workshop personnel, and operational departments to ensure smooth PMV operations and effective resource planning.
Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of PMV policies, procedures, and operational controls in line with company standards.
Prepare and submit regular reports related to PMV operations, maintenance status, workforce allocation, utilization trends, and operational issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for PMV-related operational concerns, coordination activities, and business unit requirements.
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and corrective actions in compliance with company and IMS policies.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Experience in coordinating with HR and Labour Relations teams is preferred.
Knowledge of plant machinery vehicles operations is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 3 years working experience, 2 years relevant working experience, 1 year GCC experience is a plus.
