Job Summary
The Senior Testing and Commissioning Engineer (Electrical) is responsible for overseeing the testing and commissioning of electrical systems for a variety of projects. The Testing and Commissioning Manager will work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure that all electrical systems are tested and commissioned to meet project specifications and industry standards. The Testing and Commissioning Manager will also be responsible for managing the testing and commissioning team and ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities 1
Plans and manage the testing and commissioning of electrical systems for a variety of projects, including defining the testing scope, developing test plans, and coordinating testing activities with project stakeholders.
Oversees a team of testing and commissioning technicians/engineers, and provide technical guidance and support as needed to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
Develops and maintains testing and commissioning schedules and ensures that all testing activities are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinates with project managers and engineers to ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Reviews and analyze testing and commissioning results and identify any issues or areas for improvement. Develops and implements corrective actions as needed to ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
Ensures that all testing and commissioning activities are carried out safely, and in accordance with all applicable health and safety regulations and company policies.
Communicates regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on testing and commissioning activities, and to ensure that all project requirements are being met.
Continually assesses and improves testing and commissioning processes and procedures and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
Manages the documentation of all testing and commissioning activities, including test reports, as-built drawings, and other relevant documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to electrical testing and commissioning

Strong knowledge of electrical procedures and industry standards.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team of technicians, and to provide technical guidance and support as needed.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain schedules and budgets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders at all levels
Job Experience
Minimum 10 years of total experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Specialty/industry relevant (required).
Minimum 5 years in GCC (preferred).a
