Job Summary

To assist in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the organization's talent pool,design Job descriptions and job roles,administering the the system pertaining to the module and assisting in framework of competencies. To suggest aligning talent for training or development programs to ensure that the careers development are met with the organizational goals standards.

Job Responsibilities 1

Contribute to scalable Talent Management initiatives, from conception and design through project planning, implementation, documentation, measurement and continuous improvement.

Supporting the organizational performance management philosophy and creating the processes and systems to best support the business.

Partner with business unit leaders to develop and conduct talent roundtables, succession planning, and high-potential development programs.

Job Responsibilities 2

Administer the Success Factor module with all aspects of Talent Pool,Succession,Development,Path,Job Roles and all other aspects of Talent Management.

Work in both assisting the manager and independently if needed for the framework of both behavioural and technical competencies for the whole orgabisation.

Design and draft Job Desciptions once the Job role has been decided and created in the system.

Administer the Job decription pool both in the system and also in the corporate portal to support the stake holders.

Assess and avail services for the psychometric assesment to support the right the TA team in getting and maintaing the optimum Talents in the organisation.

Collobarate with the internal stakeholders in creating and support Job role in the system.

Allign with the right grades and levels for the Job created considering the internal and external equity.

Allign and take part in all exercises with regards to the Job Family Matrix for the whole organisation.

Work closely with the Talent development team for the smooth fuctioning of the section.

Job Knowledge & Skills

• Requires excellent consultation and facilitation skills with the ability to quickly establish and build effective relationships.Must have organizational and project management skills to meet multiple training priorities and deadlines.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

5 Years of relevant Work Experience.
