Job Summary
The Technical Services Executive typically responsible for managing the technical aspects of a property, such as its physical structure, systems, and equipment. This role may include tasks such as maintaining and repairing the property, ensuring that systems are functioning properly, coordinating with contractors and vendors to perform necessary repairs and maintenance, and managing budgets and schedules related to the property's maintenance and repair. Technical Services Executives may work in various settings, including office buildings, apartment buildings, retail centers, and other commercial and residential properties.
Job Responsibilities 1
Oversee the site team and appointed sub-contractors in maintenance and management of properties.
Manage the fault reporting system with tenants and contractors.
Ensure that properties are in good condition and fit the tenants' needs.
Respond to tenant complaints about property damage, breakage, or wear and tear.
Manage handymen and monitoring the status of repairs.
Keep the space clean and freshly painted to maintain the property's appearance.
Keep up with aesthetic trends regarding the appearance of the building and/or garden and yard space.
Use modern technical property management software to efficiently resolve tenant complaints, assign reported issues to suppliers, or assign team members to solve problems.
Execute maintenance and malfunction tasks, managing work orders, performing daily management duties, and contract management tasks.
Increase tenant satisfaction by addressing their concerns quickly and effectively.
Ensure the suppliers are informed correctly to improve the efficiency of the property management process.
Collect and properly store data on properties, tenants, owners, repairs, and finances.
Deal with paperwork involving keeping accurate lists of inspections, repair and maintenance costs, security data, rental income, insurance costs, and leases.
Address tenant concerns quickly and effectively and ensure the suppliers are informed correctly to improve the efficiency of the property management process.
Ensure the properties are compliant with local laws and regulations.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Proficiency in building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Leadership skills to manage technical service teams and coordinate maintenance activities.
Knowledge of property management regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Effective communication skills for interacting with tenants, contractors, and property owners.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
