Testing and Commissioning Manager provides commissioning expertise for the various projects, planning and managing all testing and commissioning activities across the wider project lifecycle in order to deliver all allocated projects successfully. This position is also responsible in the overall management of site pre-commissioning and final commissioning works for each commissioning stage of a project |

- Oversees the management and validation of all technical specification portions of the testing and pre-commissioning components of contracts for works requiring design, construction and testing services.
- Manages the day to day commissioning process and the commissioning team to ensure effective and efficient operation across various projects.
- Oversees all aspects of commissioning with daily interface with subcontractors and client representatives. Manages the contractor to perform in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
- Leads in the development of a logically linked testing and commissioning programme as part of the overall project construction
- Ensures that all health & safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during the testing and commissioning process
- Reviews and provides feedback on contractors Testing and Commissioning handover document submittals.
- Provides input to Project Manager’s and Technical team to ensure the requirements are managed effectively with regard to safety and efficiency.
- Manages and coordinates the on-site project commissioning activities after clearance has been received from the Project Manager
- Monitors contractors Testing and Commissioning handover progress and ensure the works are designed and implemented according to the technical specifications and applicable codes.
- Identifies potential quality problems to assist in developing constructability review reports.

Job Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of large-scale project delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Extensive technical knowledge and practical experience of testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning large scale
• Safety awareness and knowledge of large infrastructure project safety requirements
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 12 years of working experience required, out of which 5 in GCC region
