Job Summary

Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing maintenance and services for various Water Solution Projects through innovative strategies in line with the company objectives.

Job Responsibilities 1

In charge of the project management of the operation and maintenance works of all water facilities including wellness and pools, water features and water treatment projects.

Drives the realization of Water Facilities projects and administers the daily operations of the FM team.

Managing the FM contracts with to achieve client satisfaction.

Reporting to management on the updates of projects.

Responsible for the P&L target achievement, financial reporting as well as the collection.

Supervising multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.

Manage FM budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness, and secure the interests of the company by assisting to submit detailed reports.

Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

Job Responsibilities 2

Draft management reports and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Maintain adequate parts inventory and undertake ad hoc procurement of maintenance spares and consumable items ensuring optimum quality, availability, and best value for money.

Ensure all statutory maintenance inspections and maintenance works required are carried by the teams as defined.

Develop and implements a business plan with relevant performance indicators to achieve the business objectives and targets using comprehensive financial and management information systems

Additional Responsibilities 3

Job Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of swimming pools & SPA, wellness solutions, water features, water treatment is a plus

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pools, fountains, STP, RO and HVAC systems.

Ability to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation and hardware systems.

Job Experience

Minimum 12-15 years of Total work experience

Minimum 10 years of Role related experience

Minimum 8 years in GCC (Preferred)

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
